1. What are the benefits of the Show Mobile App for iOS?
The Show app lets you import, view, and deliver slides right from your iPhone or iPad. With this presentation app, you can:
2. Do I need to pay for the Show app?
No, the app is completely free to download/install for everyone and free to use for all users.

3. Is the Show app compatible with all Apple devices?
Yes! The Show app is compatible with all Apple devices that have access to a working internet connection.
 
4. Do I need to create a Zoho account to use the Show app? (or) Can I deliver slides using Show app without a Zoho account?
You can access to most features of the app without creating an account. Just tap  at the top right corner of your mobile screen to import .pptx presentations from any cloud storage installed on your device, and start presenting straight away. However, to save your presentations to the cloud, you will need to create an account with Zoho Show.
 
5. How do I get the app on my device?
Open App Store on your Apple device, type "Show" in the search box and tap Install. The Show app appears on your home screen.
 
6. Can I import presentations on my mobile from other file storages?
Yes, you can! With the Show app, you have the option to add presentations from the Files app, iCloud, Google Drive or any other cloud storage.
 
7. Will the Show app continue to work on my device if I am offline?
Sorry, this feature is not currently available. To play your slides without any interruption, you must have a mobile device with access to its internet or Wi-Fi.

 8. Can I edit presentations on my phone?
Unfortunately, the Show app currently does not support editing tools. However, editing tools are a work in progress and will be updated as a feature of the app in the near future. 

9. What is reading pane?
Reading pane mode, is a preview screen on your iPhone/iPad that lets you see and prepare your slides before you take them live in front of your audience. This pane scrolls (horizontally or vertically) through the list of slides in your presentation. From here, you can either play a presentation on your iOS device or connect and present on your Apple TV.
 
10. When do I receive a notification on my mobile device?
Notifications appear as a pop-up on your mobile device when the presentations are shared, edited, or deleted by your friends, colleague, or team.
 
11. What is a presenter note? How do I view them on my mobile?
Presenter Notes are the speaking points or reference notes added by you(Presenter) to the slides in your presentation. It helps you in keeping track of key points during the delivery and will be displayed only when you are showing your presentation on a connected display. Tap Notes  icon to keep track of main points on a slide.

12. Does the Show app support Apple Watch?
Absolutely! The Show app lets you deliver and control slides right from your wrist. Pair your iPhone with your Apple Watch and view current slides, navigate through them and even track the time elapsed during a presentation.
 
13. Is the Show mobile app secure?
Yes! All important information is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, if you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device will have access to your account.
 
14. Can I present on Apple TV without logging onto Show app?
Yes! You can. Just add .pptx presentations from any cloud storage installed on your device, tap the Connect to Apple TV at bottom of your screen and select an Apple TV nearby to sync your mobile screen with the TV. However, to save your presentations to the cloud, you will need to create an account with Zoho Show.  

15. How do I log out of the app?
Tap Settings   icon at the top-left corner then tap the arrow next to your profile picture and choose Sign out from the menu.
