G Suite for Zoho Directory
- Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
Go to Marketplace, then use the search bar to find and install G Suite.
- Name your app and enter your Domain Name.
Note: In the Google Admin console, click Domains, then click Add/remove domains to find your Domain Name.
- If needed, use the checkboxes to add G Suite's associated apps such as Gmail and Google Drive. You can also associate any unlisted Google apps with G Suite by adding them as non-directory associated apps.
Note: For single sign-on (SSO) to work, the associated apps must be enabled in G Suite.
If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access G Suite, uncheck Display app to users.
- Click Add.
- Click Manage Application, then Single Sign-On.
- Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
Click Identity Provider Details, download the X.509 Certificate. Make a note of the Sign-in URL, the Sign-out URL, and the Change Password URL.
- Sign in to your G Suite account, then go to the Google Admin console.
- Click Security, then click Set up single sign-on (SSO).
- Check Setup SSO with third party identity provider.
- Enter the IdP Sign-in URL in the Sign-in page URL field, the IdP Sign-out URL in the Sign-out page URL field, and the IdP Change Password URL in the Change password URL field.
- Upload the IdP X.509 Certificate under Verification certificate.
- Click Save.
Test the SAML connection
- Return to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click G Suite.
- Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign. Users assigned to G Suite will also be assigned to the associated apps.

. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to G Suite's homepage.
Make app visible to all users
After successfully testing the SSO, you can make G Suite available for all users to access from their My Apps pages.
To make G Suite visible to all users:
- Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click G Suite.
Note: If you've added any associated apps, ensure that they are also made visible to users.
Click Edit, check Display app to users, then click Update.
You can now access G Suite from Zoho One's My Apps page.
