1. What is Zoho Show? Can I create presentations from scratch using Zoho Show?
Zoho Show is an online presentation tool that lets you create, edit, access, and deliver slides from anywhere. It offers a full-fledged presentation editor with standard features—text formatting, background themes, transitions and animations, inserting pictures from the web, and adding shapes, charts, tables, and media files. Also, it comes along with an exclusive format mode that automatically responds to your clicks with contextual formatting options. 

2. Is Zoho Show dependent on my operating system?
No, Zoho Show is not dependent on any operating system (OS). It works on all major operating systems. However, it is browser dependent.
 
3. What browsers does Zoho Show support?
Zoho Show is compatible with all standard web browsers, including Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Edge and Safari. To make sure you have the best experience possible, we recommend you update your browser to its latest version.
 
4. How do I sign up and create a Zoho Show Account?
Open https://show.zoho.com/presentations in a web browser and enter the required sign-up details, including a valid email address and password, to create your Zoho account. You can also sign in using other social media accounts like Google, Facebook, or Twitter.
 
5. Can I install Zoho Show on my computer?
No, Zoho Show can not be installed on your computer. You can access presentations only using a web browser and an internet connection. 

6. Can I import presentations from MS Powerpoint?
Yes, you can import presentations from MS Powerpoint. Import and convert many different file types into Zoho Show while keeping your source file intact. Learn how to import presentations into Zoho Show.

7. Can I upload my existing presentations to Zoho Show? What file formats do you support?
Yes, you can upload your existing presentations into Zoho Show. Zoho Show supports the following file formats:
  • .ppt
  • .pps
  • .odp
  • .sxi
  • .pptx
  • .ppsx
8. Is there an upload or import file limit in Zoho Show?
Each presentation that you upload or import into Zoho Show must be less than 100 MB in size. However, there is no limit for the number of presentations that you can import into Zoho Show.

9. Can I download or save presentations created using Zoho Show on my computer?
Yes, you can. Zoho Show presentations can be saved offline on your computer in .pptx, .odp, .ppsx, and .pdf formats. You can also email your exported presentation to colleagues or make a copy for future reference. 

10. Can I share a Zoho Show presentation with others for editing?
Yes, Zoho Show allows you to share and then edit your presentations at the same time as your colleagues. You can also set privilege rights for shared collaborators and further secure them with a password for defined users. 11. Can I publish my presentations online?
Yes, you can publish presentations internally to colleagues within your organisation or externally on the web for all users around the world. Also, you can embed the published presentation's link into a website or a blog. Learn how to publish and embed presentations on Zoho Show.

12. Can everyone view or access my Zoho Show presentations? 
No, not everyone can access your presentations on Zoho Show. By default, the presentations that you create or import into Zoho Show are private. Only you can access them, using your Zoho ID and password. However, you can choose to share or publish your presentation to let others view and access them online.

13. Which languages is Zoho Show available in?
Zoho Show is currently available in 16 languages: Danish, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Turkish, Chinese, Hungarian, and Tamil.

14. Can I deliver my presentation online from anywhere?
Yes, Zoho Show allows you to deliver a presentation to anyone across the globe. Use the Broadcast button within the Share menu in the Zoho Show Top Bar and invite your participants by email or share a URL directly. They can click on the URL link to join your presentation. As a presenter, you will have complete control over the presentation. Learn how to broadcast a presentation.

15. Can I print Zoho Show presentations?
Yes, you can print a presentation that you create using Zoho Show and distribute them to your audience for future references.
 
16. Can I restore a presentation that I deleted?
Yes, deleted presentations can be restored. Deleting a presentation sends it to the Trash folder under Zoho Docs. You can retrieve your presentation from this folder or choose to permanently delete it from there. 
 
17. Are there any keyboard shortcuts I should know about?
