Change time zone

  1. Click Settings on the left pane.
  2. Select your time zone from the dropdown.


Email reminders

You can decide the time at which email reminders should be sent to participants of meetings and webinars.
To set up email reminder time:
  1. Click Settings on the left pane.
  2. In the Email Reminders section, select the time by which reminders should be sent. 

Note
A newly set email reminder time will only apply for webinars and meetings you create after making the time change.

Add to Calendar

If you switch on your calendar settings, all events you schedule will get added to your Zoho and Google calendars.

To activate your calendar settings:
  1. Click Settings on the left pane.
  2. Turn on the options for adding sessions to your calendar.
