Similar to the Zoho Sheet integration, this integration automatically pushes your responses from your survey into a Google spreadsheet when your respondents submit their responses. Map your survey responses into a new spreadsheet or to a new sheet in an existing spreadsheet.

How do I integrate my survey with Google Sheets?

1. Select the Hub tab.

   

2. Select the Integrations section.

   

3. Click Integrate in the Google Sheets section.

   

4. Click Integrate to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.

   

5. Authenticate your Google account and link it to your Zoho Survey account.

   

6. Choose an integration option: 

   

   • Select Create new spreadsheet and type in a name for the spreadsheet. The name of the survey will be displayed by default. You can either use the name of the survey or type in a new one.
   • Select Choose an existing spreadsheet to push responses into an existing spreadsheet. Then enter a keyword in the Search bar to find the spreadsheet that you're looking for, and select a survey to use.
7. Click Save.

 

How do I view the responses on a spreadsheet?

1. Select the Integrations section in the Hub tab.

   

2. Click Edit in the Google Sheets section.

   

3. Click View Sheet after integrating your survey with Google Sheets.

   

4. Log on to your Google account and find the spreadsheet with the record of responses. If you change the alignment or order of questions in your survey, the changes won't be reflected on the sheet. If you add or delete a row/column in the sheet, the alignment of collected responses will also vary.

 

How do I remove the integration with Google Sheets?

1. Select the Hub tab.

   

2. Select the Integrations section.

   

3. Click Remove Integration in the Google Sheets section.

   

4. Click Remove.

   

How do I disconnect Google Sheets and Zoho Survey?

Note: Disconnecting Google Sheets and Zoho Survey will stop all your existing surveys from pushing data to Google Sheets. The permissions you've provided to Zoho Survey to make changes to your Google Sheets (by pushing responses to it) will be revoked.

1. Go to Setup under your Profile in the top right corner of your screen.

   

2. Click Apps and Services.

   

3. Click Disconnect in the Google Sheets section.

   

4. Click Yes, Disconnect Integration.
