Real-time Chat Language Detection and Translation in SalesIQ

SalesIQ uses Google translator to translate the visitor's messages in the chat. You can automatically detect the language and translate the messages. Though you are not aware of the visitor's language, you can still communicate with the language you know.

Translate this chat option helps you translate the chat when your visitors do not communicate in the operator language, set in SalesIQ account. (mostly English). You can also detect languages, stop and continue translation, etc. Learn more

You can enable the translation option in your chat window only if the administrator has enabled it in the SalesIQ portal.
