Configure SAML in Zoho One

  1. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Marketplace, then use the search bar to find and install GoToMeeting.

  3. Name your app, then click Add.
  4. Note: If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access GoToMeeting, uncheck Display app to users.
  5. Click Manage Application, then Single Sign-On.
  6. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.
  7. Click Identity Provider Details, then download the IdP Metadata.

Configure SAML in GoToMeeting

  1. Sign in to your GoToMeeting account's Organization Center.
  2. Go to the Email domains tab and ensure that you've added and verified at least one domain.
  3. Go to the Identity Provider tab, then choose Upload SAML metadata file under How would you like to configure your SAML IDP?
  4. Upload the IdP Metadata, then click Save.

Test the SAML connection

  1. Return to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Applications, then click GoToMeeting.
  3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
  4. Click . If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to GoToMeeting's homepage.

Make app visible to all users

  1. After successfully testing the SSO, you can make GoToMeeting available for all users to access from their My Apps pages.
  2. To make GoToMeeting visible to all users:
  3. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  4. Go to Applications, then click GoToMeeting.
  5. Click Edit, check Display app to users, then click Update.

  6. You can now access GoToMeeting from Zoho One's My Apps page.
