You can activate or deactivate the webform by following the steps given below:

1. Click Setup > Developer Space > Webforms
2. In the Webforms page, move the mouse pointer over the desired form and click the Status icon.
   
   
   
   
3. If the form is already active, you need to click on the Status bar again to deactivate it.
   
4. You will get a message asking you for permission to deactivate the webform.
   
5. Click Deactivate Now.
