Zoho CRM allows you to create tasks for many contacts in a single shot using the Create Task button. To create tasks for multiple Contacts:

1. Click the Contacts tab.
2. In the Contacts Home page, select the check box(es) corresponding to the contacts and select Create Task.
   
3. In the Create Task page, enter the task details and then click Save.
   The Tasks will be created for all selected contacts.
