To restrict personal data from being shared:
  • Go to Setup > Users and Control > Compliance Settings.
  • Click on the Preferences tab.
  • Under Personal Data Handling, select where you would like to restrict the data transfer (Zoho Apps, third-party apps, APIs, export).
