How can I send mass email surveys using Zoho Campaigns?
To send mass email surveys, follow these steps:
- Integrate Zoho Survey and Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM.
- Sync your Zoho CRM contacts list with the Zoho Campaigns mailing list.
- In Zoho Campaigns, click Create Email Campaigns > Advanced Campaigns > Survey Campaigns > Zoho Survey Campaigns.
- Select the survey to be sent and send it to the CRM contacts mailing list.
