Reports provide useful insight and valuable information that helps management decide on their budgets, marketing activities, and growth rate and improve their overall decision making. So, it is important to be able to share reports with other users. Zoho CRM offers two ways to share reports:
Exporting and sharing reports with users:
Use this option if you want to keep a copy of the report in your local storage. Each report can be exported as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file.
To export reports:
- Click the Reports tab.
- Select the report from the required module in the Reports Home page. For example, Lead by Source from the Leads module.
- Click Export and select one of the following options:
- Export to Excel: To save the report in XLS format
- Export to CSV: To save the report in CSV format
- Export to PDF: To export the report as a PDF
Sharing the reports folder with users: The report folders help you keep your reports organized so you can share them easily with other users. A report can be moved from one folder to another. To share reports:
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click the gear icon next to the report folder in the Reports Home page.
- Click Edit.
- Choose Share with everyone or selected users based on your requirements.
