How do I analyze the sentiment of the responses I receive?
Understand the sentiment of your responses with the help of Sentiment Analysis and Word Cloud. This feature has only been implemented in multiple line questions.
To analyze the sentiment of the responses you receive:
- Click Reports on the left pane.
- In the Summary of Responses section, go to the multiple line response that you have received.
- Click Sentiment Analysis from the Analysis dropdown. The overall sentiment of the text will be displayed in the form of emoticons. It will also show the percentage of each sentiment in the text from a set of default choices, and a table that displays the response percentage and response count for each key word in the text.
- Click Clear to remove the selection.
- Click the image or PDF icons to export the responses as an image or a PDF.
