Date and Time format in Zoho CRM is linked to the Country selected.
If you are the admin, you can change the date format for a user by selecting a particular user and changing the Country in the Country picklist.
- Click Setup > Personal Settings > Locale Information.
- In the Locale Information section, click Edit.
- In the Locale Information dialog box, select and change the country from the Country pick list.
- Click Save.
The changes will be reflected as soon as you select a different country (eg. USA or India) from the Country list.
To change the time format
- Click Setup > Personal Settings > Locale Information.
- In the Locale Information section, click Edit.
- In the Locale Information dialog box, select your time zone from the Time Zone pick list.
- Click Save.
