How do I change the profile of the user?
You can change the profile of the users by following these steps:
1. Log in to Zoho CRM with Administrator privileges.
2. Click Setup > Users and Control > Users.
3. In the Users page, click the Edit link corresponding to the user you want to change the profile for.
4. In the Account Information page, choose the Profile from the drop-down list.
5. Click Save.
Note: Users in the Free Edition cannot change the profile of the users as they have only one profile available in their account, by default.
