How do I create a sign-up form from the library?
- From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Form Templates.
- Click Create Form Template.
- Select the type of sign-up form to create.
- You can also select whether your form is vertical or horizontal from the dropdown in the top right corner of the Create Form Template screen.
- Choose a sign-up form layout and click Next.
- Edit the sign-up form, then click Save and Proceed.
- Make any changes you need in the Response page and click Save and Proceed.
