If you wish to delete a notebook, follow these steps:
Note: You can't delete your default notebook, and if you wish to delete your default notebook, change any of your existing notebooks as the default notebook, and proceed with the deletion process.
You cannot recover individual note cards from trash upon deletion of a notebook. In case you want a particular note from a deleted notebook, the only way to do it is to restore the deleted notebook.
iOS & Android :
- Swipe left on a notebook tap Delete .

- Long press a notebook to select it and tap the Delete icon .
(Note: For Android, the Delete icon is placed at the top-right. In iOS, it is placed at the bottom-right.)
Mac :
- Swipe left on a notebook and tap the Delete icon .
(OR)
- Press and hold the Command key and click any number of notebooks to select them.
- Click Delete on the top-right corner.
(OR)
- Right-click a notebook and click Delete.
Web, Windows, & Linux :
- Place your mouse cursor on any notebook or note card and click the Delete icon .
(OR)
- Press and hold the Command key (Mac) or CTRL key (Windows) to select any number of notebooks.
- Click Delete on the top-right corner.
(OR)
- Right-click a notebook and click Trash.
