How do I downgrade my user add-ons on Zoho Survey?

How do I downgrade my user add-ons on Zoho Survey?

To downgrade your user add-ons:

  1. Click your Profile in the upper-right corner.

  2. Click Upgrade.

  3. Click Downgrade Add-Ons to reduce the number of users. 

  4. Select the number of users and click Downgrade.

  5. Click Confirm.

  6. A confirmation message about the downgrade is displayed.
