How do I ensure I receive only one response per respondent for my in-mail survey?

To prevent multiple responses for your in-mail survey:

  1. Click the Generate HTML tab and select Restrictions.
  2. Select the following:
    1. One response per unique URL: Generate a unique ID for each respondent.
    2. Parameter name: Type the parameter name to be used.
  3. Click Save.
