How do I export a response chart as an image or PDF?

To export the response chart as an image or PDF:

  1. Click Reports on the left pane.
  2. Click    and select a chart.

  3. Click  or  on the top right corner of each response chart to export it as an image or a PDF respectively.
  4. If you select Image:
    1. Type a name in the File Name field.
    2. Select a language in the Language dropdown list.
    3. Enable the password knob to set a password for the export file.
    4. Type a password in the Enter Password field.
    5. Click Export .
  5. If you select PDF:
    1. Type a name in the  File Name  field.
    2. Select the orientation - Portrait or Landscape in the Orientation dropdown.
    3. Select the size of the PDF in print in the Paper Size dropdown.
    4. Select a language in the  Language  dropdown list.
    5. Enable the password knob to set a password for the export file.
    6. Type a password in the  Enter Password  field.
    7. Click  Export .
