How do I filter my Zendesk contacts based on whether they have opened, answered or otherwise interacted with my survey and the email invite?
Filter your recipients based on the following parameters:
- All recipients
 - No responses
 - Partial responses
 - Complete responses
 - Disqualified responses
 - Opened
 - Unopened
 - Unsubscribed
 - Bounced
 - Not sent
 - Failed
