How do I mass update a field of subscribers based on their campaign activity?

To mass update a field:

  1. From the navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
  2. Select the campaign you want to updates. 
  3. Select the Recipient Activity tab.
  4. Click Mass Update.
  5. Select the field you wish to update from the drop-down menu.
  6. Specify a value for the field and click Proceed.
  7. Click Update to confirm.
