How do I move contacts from one list to another list?

You can merge two mailing lists in order to move contacts. You need to select the source list and a target list to which you want to move the contacts. You can choose to either delete the source list or keep it with contacts in it. To move contacts from one list to another, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Contacts and select Manage Lists.
  2. Click More and select Merge Lists in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. In Merge Mailing Lists page, click the From List to select the mailing lists you want to merge.
  4. Now, click the To option to select the mailing list to drop-down menu to move your contacts to another mailing list.

  5. Click the Merge button to confirm.
Note
  1. You need to enable "Delete From Lists after merging" checkbox if you want to delete the source mailing lists.
  2. If the box is left unchecked, the source mailing lists will still be intact with the contacts that already existed.
