How do I style my survey form's border patterns?

To style your survey form's border patterns:

  1. Click the Themes tab.
  2. Click the Edit or Customize Basic Theme icon.
  3. Select the General tab in the left pane.
  4. Scroll down and enable the Form border knob to adjust the style, width, and color of the border.
  5. Select a border style.
  6. Click and drag the slider to adjust the form width.
  7. Click the color grid to choose a color.
  8. Click Save and Apply.
