How do I use notebook on Apple Watch?

Carry your notes everywhere with you on the Apple Watch.  
 
Create Text and Audio Cards, view your top ten recent notes, and delete unwanted notes, all at a flick of your wrist. 
 
Create notes:
 
a) Text Card:
  1. Tap the Text Card icon.
  2. Tap the Microphone icon to dictate your notes
      (Or)
  1. Tap the Scribble icon
  2. Write single letters on the scribble pad to form words
b) Audio Card:
  1. Tap the Microphone icon.
  2. Record your note.
  3. Tap the stop button to stop recording(can also use this as 'Pause' until the note is saved).
Delete notes:
  1. Open a note card.
  2. Long press the note.
  3. Tap Delete.
