How does the “Add Keyword” option help me while integrating my Facebook/Twitter account?
“Add keywords” is associated with the Search option in Social.
As the administrator of your account, if you want to restrict your fellow CRM users from saving a search on a specific keyword, you can do so by using the “Add Keyword” option. This comes in handy if you want to restrict them from saving a search on confidential, sensitive, irrelevant topics.
For example, if you type in the keyword called “Movies” and select standard profile, only users with standard profiles will be able to save the search based on the keyword “Movies”. Users under the other profiles will not be able to do so.
