Touchpoints are any customer interaction with your business, both online and offline. Social media advertisements, Google AdWords, third-party referrals, or direct visits to your website are online touchpoints. Television and radio advertisements, pamphlets, billboards, tradeshows, and word of mouth are offline touchpoints.
Use the touchpoints feature in Zoho MarketingHub to find out which touchpoints are bringing visitors to your website and helping you generate leads. This information will let you identify the touchpoints that work best for you, and focus on improving those that are not performing well.
Deena is the head of marketing at funtrips.com, a travel agency. She does extensive digital marketing for her agency. She has run promotions on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. She also sends email campaigns to her leads. These are the touchpoints she creates through which her customers can interact with her business. She then wants to find out which of these touchpoints help her get more leads.
To get started, you will have to connect your website with the web assistant in Zoho MarketingHub.
