How to manage My Profile
Before you start generating leads using Zoho MarketingHub, you first need to set up your profile with information such as your name, country, region, and email. Updating location-related information will enable you to find the number of recipients close to your location.
Prerequisite
You need to have the Standard Admin role to edit information in this page.
Edit My Profile
To edit your profile, follow the steps below:
1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings.
2. Choose Profile under General.
3. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.
4.In the My profile page, enter information in appropriate fields.
- Name - This will be filled by default.
- Email - This will be filled by default.
- Country
- Region
- City
- Lead name format - This is the format used to display lead details in the smart view of the lead.
5. Click Update to save the information.
