If you are using the trial version of Zoho CRM Plus or are paid user, you can log on to Zoho CRM Plus and cancel your trial or subscription. Once you do this, you will move to the previous edition of CRM and SalesIQ you were using, with your customizations, setup, and users intact.
For example, if you were using the Professional Edition of Zoho CRM and SalesIQ, and signed up for the trial version or subscribed to Zoho CRM Plus, and then cancelled the trial, you will move to the Professional Edition of Zoho CRM and SalesIQ. However, in the other applications (SalesInbox, Campaigns, Desk, Projects, Social, Survey, Motivator, and Reports), you will move to the Free Plan.
