If you are unable to join or start a meeting or webinar, it could be because you are unable to establish a connection with our servers. You can take the following steps to resolve this issue.
- Add *.zohomeeting.com domain to the exception list on your firewall configuration as it automatically resolves all the IP addresses of Zoho Meeting.
- We use outgoing port 443 to make Websocket/TCP connection to our servers. If you have a proxy that blocks the port (or) Websocket (or) TCP protocol, please make the necessary changes to allow the same.
- Sometimes Internet Service Providers (ISPs) fail to resolve the domain name. Please contact your ISP if connection is not established even after changing firewall and proxy settings.
