You will still be charged for 10 user licenses. However, if you don't require 10 user licenses, you can reduce the number of user licenses. For more information , see "Reduce User Licenses."
You can add users in Zoho CRM Plus based on the number of user licenses you have purchased. For Zoho Projects, since you can add unlimited users, you don't need to pay additional charges.
