I have a problem in accessing my CRM account in Zoho CRM Plus? What could be the reason?

If the CRM Administrator has disabled your account in CRM and changed your status to 'inactive' in the Admin Panel, you will not be able to access your account. You can request the CRM Administrator to activate your account in order to use the application.
