I have deactivated an existing user's account and invited a new user in the same application in Zoho CRM Plus. What will happen to the service information in my existing user's account? Will I lose any data?

I have deactivated an existing user's account and invited a new user in the same application in Zoho CRM Plus. What will happen to the service information in my existing user's account? Will I lose any data?

All the service information from your existing user's account can be assigned to the new user in CRM Plus. 

1. Log on with the existing user's login credentials and go to accounts.zoho.com.  
2. Click My Profile Info, and then click Email Address displayed on the left. 
3. Edit the primary address displayed to the right of the page by replacing the existing user's email address with the new user's email address. All the service information with be assigned to the new user.
 
Note: The email address of the new user should not be registered in any of the other Zoho services.
