I want to map a portal in Zoho CRM Plus, but since I do not have administrative privileges in the application, I cannot. What should I do?
You need to have the approval of the Administrator. When you try to access the application, you'll see the following message:
The list of Administrators will be shown and the Request to Join button will be displayed next to the Administrator's name. When you click Request to Join, an approval email will be sent to the Administrator.
Once the Administrator approves, the portal will be automatically mapped to your Zoho CRM Plus account.
