In Zoho Recruit, you can import job openings, candidates, contacts, and clients from Zoho CRM.

Before importing the data, you need to:

1. Go to the Zoho CRM page (Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho CRM).
2. Enable Zoho CRM integration.
3. Map the Zoho Recruit modules to Zoho CRM.
4. Map the Zoho Recruit fields to Zoho CRM.

To import data from Zoho CRM:

1. Click the Setup button.
2. Under Marketplace, click Zoho Apps.
3. Under Zoho Apps, click the Zoho CRM button.
4. Click Import to Zoho CRM data to Zoho Recruit.
   

Note:

• When your Zoho CRM data is imported successfully, you'll be notified via email.
• For Leads and Contacts, duplicates will be verified based on email address.
• For Accounts and Potentials, duplicates will be verified based on the Client or Job Opening name.
• While importing Potentials and Contacts from Zoho CRM, if any associated Accounts are not found in Recruit, then they will be created.
