Save time and effort by importing your email content directly from Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box.
Import from Zoho Docs
If you have your email content stored in Zoho Docs in txt or html file formats, you can simply import it to Zoho Campaigns. Here is how you do it:
- From the navigation toolbar, choose Campaigns and select Regular Campaigns.
- Click Create Campaign in the top-right corner of the screen. In the basic info page, fill up campaign details such as name, subject, sender name etc.
- Click Next.
- Under Import/Upload, choose Import from Cloud.
- Choose your html, or txt file from Zoho Docs.
- Click Import.
Import from Google Drive
If you have your email content stored in Google Drive in doc, txt or html file formats, you can simply import it to Zoho Campaigns. Here is how you do it:
- From the navigation toolbar, choose Campaigns and select Regular Campaigns.
- Click Create Campaign in the top-right corner of the screen. In the basic info page, fill up campaign details such as name, subject, sender name etc.
- Click Next.
- Under Import/Upload, choose Import from Cloud.
- Choose your html, or txt file from Google Drive.
- Click Import.
Import from Dropbox
If you have your email content stored in Dropbox in txt or html file formats, you can simply import it to Zoho Campaigns. Here is how you do it:
- From the navigation toolbar, choose Campaigns and select Regular Campaigns.
- Click Create Campaign in the top-right corner of the screen. In the basic info page, fill up campaign details such as name, subject, sender name etc.
- Click Next.
- Under Import/Upload, choose Import from Cloud.
- Choose your html, or txt file from Dropbox.
- Click Import.
Import from OneDrive
If you have your email content stored in OneDrive in txt or html file formats, you can simply import it to Zoho Campaigns. Here is how you do it:
- From the navigation toolbar, choose Campaigns and select Regular Campaigns.
- Click Create Campaign in the top-right corner of the screen. In the basic info page, fill up campaign details such as name, subject, sender name etc.
- Click Next.
- Under Import/Upload, choose Import from Cloud.
- Choose your html, or txt file from OneDrive.
- Click Import.
Import from Box
- From the navigation toolbar, choose Campaigns and select Regular Campaigns.
- Click Create Campaign in the top-right corner of the screen. In the basic info page, fill up campaign details such as name, subject, sender name etc.
- Click Next.
- Under Import/Upload, choose Import from Cloud.
- Choose your html, or txt file from Box.
- Click Import.
Notes :- You will not be able to edit the content after importing and will have to reimport after making necessary changes in Google Docs.
- Avoid using any spreadsheets or drawings in the document.
