Import or Export a Presentation in Zoho Show
Import a presentation
Presentations created using another application, such as a Powerpoint, can easily be imported and synced with Zoho Show. Importing is the easiest way to edit and reuse slides that already exists in other file formats. This is also useful when you want to share an existing slide deck or present it live to your audience without creating one from scratch.
To import a presentation,
1. Click the File menu in the top bar and select Import from the dropdown list.
2. Click Choose File and select the desired file you want to import i.e. saved on your local computer.
You can rename the presentation in the Document Name text box
3. Finally, click Import.
Once the file imports successfully, click the presentation name to open your imported presentation.
Supported File Formats: .ppt, .pps, .odp, .sxi, .pptx, .ppsx.
Maximum file size: A file size of up to 100MB can be imported. Only unprotected (not password-protected) presentations can be imported into Zoho Show.
Export/download a presentation
Easily export or download your presentations as Powerpoint or PDF files that can be made viewable and editable on other applications and devices. Email your exported presentation to colleagues or make a copy for future reference.
To export a presentation,
Open the File menu, click Download As and choose the export file format. You can export presentations in .pptx, .odp, .ppsx, .html, .zslides and .pdf file formats.
Supported/unsupported slide elements on import
Zoho Show will always attempt to produce the imported presentation in its original form. You can easily import files created using another applications such as Powerpoint into Show, and edit and reuse slides. Here is a detailed list of PowerPoint Compatibility features that we support.
