By syncing your Zoho MarketingHub account with Zoho Meeting, you can:
- Import the registrants and attendees of your webinars into Zoho MarketingHub, and maintain them in a mailing lists.
- Keep the registrants posted about the details of your webinars via email newsletters.
- Send promotional newsletters to your attendees about your upcoming webinars.
How to import webinar registrants and attendees from Zoho Meeting?
- From the navigation toolbar, select Lead Gen and choose Lead Sources.
- Go to Webinars subtab.
- Mouse over Zoho Meeting and integrate your account if you haven't yet.
After integrating, click the Setup icon.
Enable the toggle corresponding to Sync Status to.
- Select the mailing lists into which you would like to import your webinar registrants and attendees.
- Map Zoho Meeting's fields with Zoho MarketingHub's fields.
Click Activate to enable syncing your upcoming webinars.
- Webinars that you create in Zoho Meeting after your account is integrated and the sync is enabled, will automatically be imported into Zoho MarketingHub.
Segments for webinars registrants and attendees.
Create segments of mailing lists in which you maintain your webinar registrants and attendees. Maintain segments of those who have registered for, not registered for, attend, did not attend your webinars.
To create such segments:
- From the Navigation toolbar, choose Leads and select Manage lists.
- Click on the mailing list in which you import your webinar registrants and attendees.
- Choose Segments subtab at the top and click Segment from the dropdown.
- Click the top-right Add icon and select Segment from the dropdown.
- In segment creation page, do the following:
- Name - Give a name to your segment. (This is for your reference to identify and relate to the criteria).
- Criteria - This would be the basis to segregate the leads within the mailing list.
- Click Save.
