Install Show for Chromebook
Show is available as a separate app for Chromebook. The Show app allows you to create and design presentations in a Chromebook device.
In the app, you don't need to have an account to create presentations from scratch. You can pick a background for slides from a wide range of themes and layout options. This way, you can maintain consistency across your slides. However, to access existing presentations, you need to sign in to your account.
In the Show for Chromebook, you can:
- Create innovative slide decks using features such as Charts, Smart Elements, Images, Animations, Unsplash, and Giphy in the Show app for Chromebook. Import PowerPoint presentations in Show Chromebook similar to that in the Show web app, and you can continue working on them without any discrepancy.
- Pick the perfect colors, fonts, and fills for your presentations using Format pane and design slides to perfection.
- Share, discuss, and collaborate with your team, and sync ideas in real time with the app. You can add and reply to comments on slides using images in Show. You can also revert to any version of your file using Versions in Show.
- Customize your own dictionaries—Show supports 12 languages, and is continuing to expand.
- Cast your presentations on cast-supported devices, and address large gatherings.
Whether you want to use the app to create, design, discuss, or cast, you first need to have it installed in your Chromebook.
To install the Show app for Chromebook:
- Open the Play Store from the Launcher.
- Search for Zoho Show app for your Chromebook using the Search box.
- Press Install on the app page.
- The installed app will appear in the Chromebook Launcher. Click the app to open Show in Chromebook.
