Zoho Sprints is now available on your mobile. Install the Zoho Sprints app from your iPhone and manage your work on the go.
Requirements: iOS - 9 and above
Install Zoho Sprints to your iPhone
You can either install it from your App Store or iTunes.
If you are installing from the App Store:
Select App Store from your device.
Search for Zoho Sprints .
Tap Install and the app will be installed automatically.
If you are installing from iTunes:
Tap open the iTunes from your device.
If you do not have iTunes installed, you can do it right
here .
Search for
Zoho Sprints in your iTunes and install it. (or) Synchronize the app to your iPhone from your system.
Features
Sign in to your account
Tap the Sprints app from your iPhone.
Tap Sign In.
Type your Email Address and Password.
After the warming up, you will be redirected to your team.
Select projects
Manage all your projects under a single place. You can access all the projects, grouped projects, favorite projects right here. You can also search for a particular project by entering the project name in the search box.
Tap the other actions icon in the upper-left corner.
Select a project from the list to view.
Manage your profile
From your profile you can do five different actions. You can select your team, project, view the users, edit to favorite the projects, and manage your team settings. Perform all these operations in a single tap.
Tap the other actions icon in the upper-left corner.
Tap the team name and select a team from the available teams.
Tap the Users to view all the team users.
Tap the project that you want to access from the Projects section.
Settings
Tap the other actions icon in the upper-left corner.
Hit Settings at the bottom.
Choose your Team Name , Projects List View By , Theme .
Plan for the work items, start adding them to your backlog, and move them to your sprint to start the actual work.
Add work items
Backlog is the place where you store all the project requirements, prioritize them, and move them to the sprint. You can either add the work items right from your backlog or sprint.
Tap Backlog from the bottom tray.
Tap + in the upper-right corner.
Tap Add Item.
Type the required item details in the form.
Tap Save.
Tap a particular item from your backlog.
Tap the other actions at the right corner to view the item details.
Edit item
Tap a particular item from your backlog or sprint.
Tap Edit icon in the upper-right corner.
Modify the details.
Tap Save.
Delete item
Tap a particular item from your backlog or sprint.
Tap Delete icon in the upper-right corner.
Tap Delete.
Add subitems
Tap Sprints or Backlog from the bottom tray.
Tap a particular work item.
Tap + right next to the Subitems.
Type the details in the Add Subitem form.
Tap Save.
Tap Sprints or Backlog from the bottom tray.
Tap a particular work item.
Tap + right next to the Comments.
Type the comment or if you want you can @ mention any assignees.
Tap Done.
Tap the item and click Edit or Delete to edit and delete the posted comment.
Search for items
Tap the Backlog or Sprint from the bottom tray.
Tap the search icon in the upper-right corner.
Type the item Id or name.
Feed
Collaborate with your team members and get instant project updates on your feed.
Add sprints
Tap Sprints from the bottom tray.
Tap + in the upper-right corner.
Tap Add Sprint .
Type the required sprint details in the form.
Tap Save.
Move items from backlog to sprint
Tap Backlog from the bottom tray.
Long press on the item that you want to move to the sprint.
Tap Move in the upper-right corner.
Select a sprint from the list.
Start sprint
Tap Sprints from the bottom tray.
Tap the drop-down and select a sprint from the list.
Tap the other actions icon right next to the sprint name. You will see the total estimation points, start and end dates of the sprint, and the respective project that it belongs to.
Tap Start Sprint.
Once the sprint is started, you can next move on to the Board for the actual work.
Move items across statuses
Board is the place where your actual work starts. Right when a sprint is started, you can see all the listed work items in the to do status on your board. As and when the work gets accomplished, you can move the items to the respective statuses. Once all the work items are moved to the done status, the sprint is successfully completed.
Tap Board from the bottom tray.
Select an active sprint from the drop-down.
Tap and hold the particular item and drag and drop it to place it in the required status.
Complete sprint
Tap Board from the bottom tray.
Select an active sprint from the drop-down.
Tap Other Actions icon right next to the sprint name.
Tap Complete Sprint.
View project users
Tap Users in the bottom tray.
View all the users in your project.
Tap the search icon in the upper-right corner.
Type a username and search.
Reports
The app supports three charts: Velocity chart , Burndown chart , and Burnup chart .
Velocity chart is visible only for the closed sprints and using this chart you can calculate the committed and completed estimation points to determine the average velocity of your project.
Burndown chart is used to track the pending estimation points on a daily basis.
Burnup chart is used to track the completed estimation points on a daily basis.
Tap Reports and view all the charts in your project.
Send feedback from app
Tap the other actions icon in the upper-left corner.
Choose Settings.
Tap Feedback.
Type your feedback and tap Done.
Sign out from app
Tap the other actions icon in the upper-left corner.
Choose Settings.
Tap the switch off icon right next to your profile.
Tap Yes.
