Zoho Campaigns allows you to integrate with different CRM applications apart from the in-house Zoho CRM integration. This guide will help you understand how you can integrate your Zoho Campaigns account with CRM applications.
Integrate with HubSpot
Integrating HubSpot with Zoho Campaigns helps you to import leads and contacts from the Contacts, Companies, and Deals module into Zoho Campaigns. You can set up a sync to schedule periodic syncing of all your contacts and leads between HubSpot and Zoho Campaigns on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This integration lets you plan your email campaign, send it to your leads and contacts, measure the campaign's effectiveness, and analyze the results.
To integrate:
- From the navigation toolbar, select Settings and choose Apps under Integration.
- Scroll down to HubSpot and click Connect on hover.
- Click Continue after you're done taking a look at the activities that'll be performed with the integration.
- Enter your HubSpot account credentials and integrate the account.
Note:
- Only an administrator of the organization can integrate a HubSpot account.
- Standard Users do not have the privilege to integrate.
Integrate with Salesforce
Integrate your Zoho Campaigns account with Salesforce, and set up a sync to schedule periodic syncing of all your contacts and leads between Salesforce and Zoho Campaigns on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. - Enter your MS Dynamics account credentials and integrate the account.
Note:

Integrate with SugarCRM

Pre-requisite:
Before you integrate your account, make sure that you have added the ZohoCampaigns API platform in your SugarCRM account. Only an administrator of the SugarCRM account can add a API platform. To add it, Go to Admin > Configure API Platform > Add the platform in your SugarCRM account.
To integrate:
