Common problems with Zoho Campaigns
- Why do I get this error telling I don't have the privilege to perform an action?
User privilege is a permission or right to execute or perform any action. Administrators in an organization can grant this permission to their users. You need to have the permission to create or modify data. Users need to have the permission to create a new campaign, create a new list, and add new contact.
- How will a merge tag be displayed when the campaign is sent out?
Merge tag value will be replaced by the Social Default Value. This is done in order to prevent merge tags to be exposed.
- I am not able to access the triggers supported by Zoho Campaigns.
Only the paid users of Zoho Campaigns will be able to access the triggers supported by Zoho Campaigns.
