Integrate with Zoho Commerce

Pre-requisite

You need to publish your store in Zoho Commerce. Only then you can integrate with Zoho MarketingHub. 


Integrate

Integrate your Zoho Commerce account with MarketingHub; manage your products, orders, customers, and carts; and have everything completely automated.

Send promotional campaigns, create customer journeys, segment leads based on their activities, and initiate automated series of follow-up messages and action flows for them. 

To integrate with Zoho Commerce:

  1. From the navigation toolbar, select Settings and choose Apps under Integration .
  2. Navigate to the Zoho Commerce section and click Connect.



  3. Select the store you want to connect and the mailing list into which you want to add and manage your store's customers.
  4. Your store will be connected and the products, customers, carts, and your order details will be synced with MarketingHub.
  5. View the details of your store's revenue, products, customers in the Ecommerce Summary page.
