Integrate with Zoho Meeting

As a gesture of solidarity during the Covid-19 crisis, this feature is provided free of cost for all users till July 1, 2020.
Super Admins and Admins can create services with Online Meeting enabled. Managers can only view this information. Staff will not have access to this information. This feature is available only to Premium Users.   
With businesses increasingly becoming online, it becomes imperative on them to engage customers online. Zoho Bookings allows you to offer services online by integrating seamlessly with Zoho Meeting. Zoho Meeting is an in-house collaboration tool that helps businesses connect with customers online securely and provide services.
Zoho Bookings allows you to  meet customers online through One-on-One consultations using Zoho Meeting. 

Online Meeting:

Creating an Online Meeting for a One-on-One service follows the below steps. 

  1. Enable the integration. 
  2. Add users to Zoho Meeting. 
  3. Create a service with online meeting enabled  
  4. Book an Appointment. 
  5. Connect through meeting link.

I. Enable the integration

      To be performed by Zoho Bookings Super Admin/Admin:

      1. Click Manage Business in the menu bar on the top. The General tab is selected by default.  
       
       
      2.  Click OthersZoho Meeting is displayed under Available Connections.
                
      3. Hover over Zoho Meeting. A button titled Enable appears over the card.
         

      4. Click Enable. A pop up appears asking for acceptance.

       

      5.  Click Accept. You will be redirected to the Other Integration page. Zoho Meeting is now enabled.

       

II. Add users to Zoho Meeting

      To be performed by Zoho Meeting Admin:

      1. Login to Zoho Meeting.

      2. Navigate to Settings User Management.
          

      3.  Click Add User. A pop up appears. Enter the email of the staff in Zoho Bookings to be invited and click Send Invite.

       

      4. Once the staff accepts the email invite, they will be added as a user in Zoho Meeting.
      
      To be performed by Zoho Bookings Staff :

      1.  The staff receives the below email.

       

      2. Click Join the organization. If the staff already has an account with Zoho, they will have to sign in. If they do not have an account, they will have to sign up.

III. Create a service

      To be performed by the Admin or Super Admin:

      1.  Click Quick Add menu.

       

      2. Select  Service.

       

      3.  Fill in all the necessary details and set Create Online Meeting to Yes.

       

      4. Click Save. A service with Online Meeting enabled is created.

       
      

IV. Book an appointment

Appointment for the offered services (with Online Meeting) can be booked as a guest user or as a user of the customer portal.
The online meeting for the booked appointment appears as an upcoming meeting in Zoho Meeting.



Click on the meeting to view details.



Once the appointment is booked, email notifications can be set to be sent to both the staff and/or the customer on booking, reschedule and cancel of appointments.

The designated staff can then conduct the meeting. The participant(s) can join the meeting and start collaborating.
