Integrating Google with Bigin allows you to synchronize all the contacts' information and the calendar events from Bigin with Google and vice versa. So, when a contact or an event is added on one account (Bigin/Google) the same will be updated in the other.
Selling will be lot easier when all the information about the contacts and the day-to-day events are synchronized across different accounts.
For example, Zylker an online apparel store allows customers to place purchase orders via email. So whenever someone gets in touch, they are added as contacts in their Google account. They also use Bigin to manage their customer information and carry out their sales process. Since the contact information is captured in Google and Bigin separately, there should be a bridge that links both the accounts together. So Zylker has integrated Google with Bigin, which synchronizes the contact information along with the calendar events. Now, whenever a contact or a calendar event is added in Google account, the information is also captured in Bigin and vice versa.
