What is Zoho Sprints?
Zoho Sprints is a planning and tracking tool for agile teams to manage their to-dos effectively.
Who can use the Zoho Sprints integration?
Any network member who is part of at least one Zoho Sprints project can enable this integration. Each network member will need to enable the integration for themselves.
To be able to view all the sprints inside Zoho Connect, the Zoho Sprints team owner needs to enable API access. This option is available in the Other Settings page of Zoho Sprints' setup.
How can you integrate Zoho Sprints with Zoho Connect?
- Click Tasks from the left menu in your Zoho Connect network.
- Click the ellipses (three-dotted) button in the bottom-left, next to the New Board button.
- In the menu, use the toggle next to Zoho Sprints to enable the integration.
You can also enable the integration by following the steps below:
- Click the plug icon from the vertical menu in the top-right part of the page.
- Click Zoho Sprints.
- Use the toggle to enable the integration.
Follow the steps in either of the two methods mentioned above, and use the toggle to disable the integration.
What does the integration do?
- Once you enable the integration, you will be able to view your projects and the sprints in them as a board in Zoho Connect. To view them, click Tasks from the left menu, and select the team to view the sprints in them.
- Depending on your permission in Zoho Sprints, you will be able to view, move, and edit the work items. These will be automatically synced with your Zoho Sprints project. The integration, however, does not let you add new tasks or edit the descriptions of work items inside Zoho Connect.
- To switch between Sprints in the same project, click the dropdown next to the sprint name in the top part of the board and switch between your sprints.
- This integration does not let you view your backlogs in Zoho Sprints inside Zoho Connect.
The Zoho Sprints integration is available in both Zoho Connect plans: the free and the enterprise version.
