Yes, it is possible to prepopulate the lead ID from Zoho CRM to Zoho Survey.
To do this, perform the following steps:
1. Add a single text box question in your survey.
2. Type in a question name (Lead ID).
3. Click Auto Fill and select Prepopulate.
4. Type in a parameter (e.g.: 'a') in the URL Parameter box.
5. Click Save.
6. Navigate to crm.zoho.com, then click the Settings icon.
7. Click Setup in the list.
8. Click Zoho and select Zoho Survey.
9. Click Get Started Now and select Configure Current Account.
10. Click Save.
11. Click Setup in your CRM account.
12. Click New Template in the Templates section.
13. Click Select Module, and click Blank Template in the Leads section.
14. Create the email body and paste the survey URL by copying it from the Launch tab.
15. Type ?a= and type # symbol at the end of the URL. Merge tags will be displayed.
16. Select the Lead ID. For example, if your survey link is something like this, https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/deB0fw, after appending the parameter, it becomes https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/deB0fw?a=${Leads.Lead Id}
17. Select the URL and click the Create Link icon.
18. Type in a title and click Save.
19. Send the template to the leads for them to answer the survey. The Lead ID will get prepopulated within the single text box question.

To integrate the Zoho Survey with Zoho SalesIQ, please perform the following steps:
1. Log on to your Zoho Survey account.
2. Click Zoho SalesIQ in the Integrations section and select Integrate. The portals that are available will be listed in the dropdown.
3. Select a portal from the dropdown. If only one portal is available, then it will be selected by default.
4. Click Continue.
5. Map the Zoho Survey question to Zoho SalesIQ fields.
6. Click Save. The Email Address field is mandatory for integrating the survey questionnaire with SalesIQ.

You can pull the email address from Zoho CRM and prepopulate it in the survey.
To pre-populate the email address in the survey, please perform the following steps:
1. Log on to your Zoho Survey account.
2. Add an Email question.
3. Select the Prepopulate answer for already known responder checkbox in the Auto fill section.
4. Click URL Parameter in the Value From dropdown.
5. Type in the parameter name as Email in the Parameter Name text box.
6. Click Save.
7. Navigate to the Launch tab and click Publish.
8. Copy the survey URL from the web link text box.
9. After completing this, log in to your Zoho CRM account.
10. Click the Settings icon and select Setup.
11. Select Templates in the Customization section.
12. Click New Template.
13. Click Select Module and select Next.
14. Select a Blank Template.
15. Type in the Name and Subject for the template which will be available at the top left corner of the page.
16. Paste the survey URL and type in '?' followed by 'parameter name=' (symbol) in the content text area.
17. Add a '#' symbol, and you will see the merge tags available in CRM.
18. Select the merge tag corresponding to the parameter name.
For example, if email is your parameter name, then it should be appended to the survey URL as (https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/HPCuOF?email=${Lead Email}).
19. Copy the entire text (survey URL with the custom variable appended to it) and click the Create Link icon next to the bullet list icon.
20. Paste the copied text in the Enter Web URL text box.
21. Type in a title for the URL in the Title text box, then click Save.
22. Go back to the Zoho CRM homepage and select the module in which you have created the template.
For example, if it was a lead module then, select the Lead module and select the leads to whom you want to send the survey. Click Send Email and select the created email template, and click Send.
You can easily remove the integration with Zoho CRM in two simple steps.
1. Click the Integration tab in your Zoho Survey account.
2. Click Remove Integration.
