Availability

Permission Required: Only users with the Change Interview Status permission can review candidate answers.

Edition Required: Available for all paid plans of both the Staffing and HR edition of Zoho Recruit.

How to evaluate candidates’ answers

1. Once candidates submit their recordings for evaluation you’ll receive a notification inside Zoho Recruit.
   
2. Navigate to the interview record. You’ll find that the Review Answers button is now clickable. Click on it to start evaluating.
   
3. Rate the candidate's responses and note down any additional comments in the space provided below. Navigate to other questions using the Previous Question & Next Question buttons given below. Click Submit when you've evaluated . 
   Note: It is mandatory to rate all recordings.  
   
4. After you’ve rated all video responses you’ll be asked to provide the Overall Recommendation rating for the candidate. Select any one from the five given rating options and provide additional context in the comments section if necessary.
   
5. The Review Details sub-tab will now be unlocked and your ratings and comments will be populated there.
