You can invite participants to your meeting in three ways:
I. Send email invitations
Participants can view details such as the topic, agenda, date and time of the meeting, and use the joining link in the invitation email to attend meetings at the scheduled time. They will also be able to join meetings through
phone audio using the access code for the meeting and the dial-in numbers list linked inside the email. By default, the dial-in number for US will be present in the email. Participants can also send
RSVP to presenters from within the email.
- Click My Meetings on the left pane.
- Click any meeting to add participants.
- Click Edit meeting and enter the email addresses in the Participants field.
- Click Save.
- Email addresses of participants once invited gets added to your Zoho Contacts list. The auto-suggest feature lets you select and enter email addresses saved in your Zoho Contacts list.
II. Share link
- Click My Meetings on the left pane.
- Click the name of the meeting.
- Copy and share the link in the How to join section with your participants.
III. Share10 digit key
- Click My Meetings on the left pane.
- Click the name of the meeting.
- Copy and share the meeting key with participants.
- At the scheduled time for the meeting, participants can navigate to meet.zoho.com and enter their email address, and the key to join the session.
IV. Invite during a meeting
You can invite participants even after you've started your meeting. Simply enter their email addresses and hit Send or share the link.
