The network admins can add guests and restricted guests by Mail or by Bulk Import. An invitation email will be sent to them and on accepting it, they will be given access to the network.
Guests and restricted guests can be added to your network from the Setup page either by adding individual email addresses or by bulk import.
To invite by mail:
- Click Settings from the gear icon dropdown menu in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Under Users & Profiles, click Manage Users.
- Click Invite users.
- In the window, select Guests or Restricted Guests.
- Enter their email addresses, separated by a comma.
- Click Send Invite when done.
